A detailed Topographic Survey is carried out to record, existing above ground features such as manholes, lamp posts, above ground utilities, buildings, trees, retaining walls etc. on site. Elevations of the surveyed features with respect to its particular local datum are measured at the same time. Terrain Models, contour maps of the surveyed area are created using professional software’s such as Microstation and AutoCAD.

These Hydrographic Surveys are performed in/along Coastal Areas, rivers, areas near to jetties etc. A Differential Global Positioning System is used as local base station system for the navigation and positioning purposes during the survey. Trimble Hydro data logging & processing software’s are used for the measurement and storage of the position and depth of the survey data. A Bathymetry Chart/Drawing is prepared to show the interpolated depth sounding values. Contours are drawn at 0.5m or any other suitable interval.
Nortech Infra Engineering Services LLC performs Aeronautical Surveys and Studies which are fully compliant to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) & Civil Aviation Advisory Publication (CAAP 61) standards. Nortech Infra is also accredited by Dubai Civil Aviation Authority to carry out Aeronautical Surveys in Dubai. These Aeronautical Studies & Aeronautical Surveys are carried out for the client, to assist them in acquiring the Building Height & Tower Crane Height No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA).
The primary intention or goal of an Aeronautical Aircraft Warning Light Study is to provide an Aircraft Warning Light system that would meet the technical and safety demands and standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). A careful Study is carried out by our team to ensure that the Aircraft Warning Lights specified/designed for a particular building does not dazzle or create an irritation factor to neighboring buildings in its vicinity. Peripheral Aircraft Warning Light Study for large developing areas is also carried out by Nortech Infra which in turn would yield a large saving in the lighting costs for the Client.
